What this is

TLB Cloud operates transactional SMS programs on behalf of businesses using our systems. These messages are order-related or service-related notifications — not marketing.

What messages you may receive

• Order confirmation and queue position updates
• Status changes as your order or request is processed
• Notification when your order is ready for pickup
• Estimated wait time or completion updates

How to opt in

You opt in at the point of service — typically by checking a consent box at checkout or providing your phone number with the understanding that you'll receive status updates. You will not receive messages without having opted in.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you've been removed, and no further messages will be sent.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by program. For order-based programs, you can expect 1–5 messages per order interaction. We do not send recurring promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier if you're unsure.

Supported carriers

Supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier availability is not guaranteed on all networks.
