What we collect

Depending on which service you use, we may collect:

• Your mobile phone number (for SMS notification programs)
• Order or request data associated with your phone number
• Language preference (English or Spanish) if set via inbound SMS
• Feedback you voluntarily submit through a feedback form

We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information unless you provide it directly to us through a contact inquiry.

How we use it

Information we collect is used only to:

• Fulfill the request or service you initiated
• Send transactional SMS updates related to your order or inquiry (if you opted in)
• Improve how our systems work

We do not use your information for marketing. We do not send unsolicited messages.

SMS program

If you have opted in to receive SMS messages from a TLB Cloud-powered service:

• Messages are transactional only — order status, queue position, or pickup notifications
• Message frequency is typically 1–5 messages per order or service interaction
• Message and data rates may apply
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time
• To get help, reply HELP or email info@tlbcloud.net

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

We use the following service providers to operate our systems:

• Twilio, Inc. — SMS delivery. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio to send messages. Twilio's privacy policy applies to their handling of this data.
• Google LLC — Cloud infrastructure (Google Apps Script, Google Sheets) used to operate backend systems.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — Hosting and CDN for our web properties.

These providers receive only what is necessary to perform their function.

Data retention

Operational data (order records, phone numbers associated with orders) is retained for approximately 90 days, then deleted or anonymized. We do not maintain long-term databases of customer phone numbers.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your phone number by emailing info@tlbcloud.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
